“Beauty is more than just pleasing pattern and color.  For me, beauty is also found in rhythms, sounds and light -- anything that creates a feeling of calm and sense of awe.  I reflexively go through my day looking for patterns and light, and I find them most often while looking at water.  This way of looking is my way of bringing a balance to my world, especially in these tumultuous times.”

Geisler’s work has shown in group and solo exhibitions throughout North America and can be found in collections worldwide. She began painting at a young age, and while still in high school, was awarded a life drawing scholarship to the Otis College of Art and Design. In college she studied both visual arts and mass communications, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA. She continued her art studies at the San Francisco Art Institute, Barnsdall Art College, and the City College of San Francisco.

Her work is available through her studio or through Simon Breitbard Fine Arts.
