Stephen Mangum is a contemporary realist painter from San Francisco. Born in 1954 in Mississippi and a graduate of the San Francisco Art Institute, his paintings have been juried into and won awards in numerous national and international competitions, as well as featured in a variety of art journals and other publications. A member of the Portrait Society of America, the National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society and the International Guild of Realism, his work is in private and corporate collections across the U.S.
